Regular price merchandise purchased online may be returned to us unworn within fourteen (14) days of the date delivered. Sale and discounted merchandise purchased online may be returned unworn within seven (7) days of the date delivered. Worn or damaged merchandise will not be accepted for return. Inizio Shoes reserves the right to charge 10% re-stock fee for all returned items.
